Q. How long does it take once I order?
A. Usually about 3 weeks. Our standard, in-stock indoor waterfalls typically ship from our Missouri facility within two to four weeks from receipt of order. Custom-designed units require a longer lead time. For example, a waterfall with a custom-engraved panel will be delivered within three to six weeks, while a waterfall with a custom marble, granite or colored glass will be delivered within eight to twelve weeks.
Q. Do you have a warranty?
A. Yes we do. Our indoor waterfalls are backed by a limited one-year product warranty. Pumps have up to a five-year warrenty. To view a copy of our warranty statement, click here.
